Kafeel Jahangir (born 22 May 1971) is a former English cricketer. Jahangir was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm fast-medium. He was born in Karachi, Sind. Kafeel Jahangir attended Aldenham School between 1983-1989 and recorded the highest runs scored in a season, a record that remained for 25 years. His record number of wickets still remain today. In 1988 Kafeel Jahangir was an integral member of the England U17 team, being the leading run scorer in a test and one day series against Sri Lanka U17. Jahangir made his debut for Hertfordshire in the 1993 MCCA Knockout Trophy against Berkshire. His debut for the county in the Minor Counties Championship came in the same season against Lincolnshire. Jahangir also represented Hertfordshire in List-A cricket, where he made debut in List-A cricket against Gloucestershire in the 1993 NatWest Trophy.
